AI Chatbot Plans

• Free Plan: No payment required. Access is limited.
• Paid Plans: You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if no substantial usage or customization has been performed.

Website Designing Services

• As this is a service-based product that involves customization, no refunds are provided once work has begun.
• If you cancel before the design work has started, a partial refund (up to 80%) may be issued to cover processing and planning time.

Credit-Based Services (Social Media Automation, eBook Generation, Storybook Creation, etc.)

• Credits are non-refundable once used.
• Unused credits may be refunded within 7 days of purchase, provided no generation or API use has occurred.
• Expired or promotional credits are non-refundable.

Refund Request Process

• Your account email
• Order ID or invoice number
• Reason for refund

We will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.

Chargebacks

We encourage you to reach out to our support before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension.
